Le Grand Berger University Institute – BENIN (IUGB-BENIN) is a private institution of higher education duly authorized by the Beninese government, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2008-818 of December 31, 2008, establishing the general conditions for the creation and operating regulations of private institutions of higher education, as well as the applicable implementing regulations.
