1. Application form duly filled.
2. Copy of National Identification Card/Passport.
3. O' Level Result - WASSCE/GCE/NECO/Other equivalent Result.
4. Copies of all academic Transcripts and Certificates.
5. Original credentials MUST be tendered to the Admission Office upon admission.
6. 1 Passport size photograph.
